Returns & Refunds policy

1️⃣ Refund & Cancellation Policy

At IDEO Travels, we strive to provide the best travel experiences for our customers. However, we understand that plans may change. Our refund and cancellation policy is designed to be transparent and fair, while also reflecting the terms of our travel partners (airlines, hotels, transport providers, and tour operators).

Cancellation by the Customer

• All cancellation requests must be made in writing via email to ideotravels@gmail.com.

• Cancellation charges will apply as per the booking terms of airlines, hotels, and service providers.

• In addition to supplier charges, a service fee may be levied by IDEO Travels to cover administrative costs.

Refunds

• Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7–14 working days after receiving the cancellation request.

• Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method used at the time of booking.

• Some bookings may be non-refundable, including but not limited to promotional fares, last-minute deals, and special packages.

No-show & Early Departures

• In case of a no-show (failure to arrive) or early departure, no refund will be applicable.

Force Majeure

• IDEO Travels shall not be liable for cancellations caused by events beyond our control (natural disasters, pandemics, government regulations, etc.). In such cases, refunds (if any) will be subject to supplier policies.

• Bookings are confirmed only after receipt of full or partial payment as per the package terms.

• All payments are processed securely via trusted payment gateways.

2. Prices & Inclusions

• Prices quoted are based on current rates and availability.

• Inclusions/exclusions for each package will be mentioned at the time of booking.

3. Customer Responsibility

• Customers must carry valid travel documents (passport, visa, ID proof).

• Any delays or denial of boarding due to missing documents will not be the responsibility of IDEO Travels.

4. Liability

• IDEO Travels acts as an intermediary between customers and travel service providers (airlines, hotels, transport operators, etc.).

• We are not responsible for delays, cancellations, or losses caused by third-party providers, natural events, or government restrictions.

5. Changes & Cancellations

• Changes or cancellations are subject to availability and supplier policies.

• IDEO Travels reserves the right to modify itineraries due to operational reasons.

6. Governing Law

• All disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in New Delhi, India.
